Diffusion Engineers FY26 PAT Up 39.9% to ₹504.1 Mn

Diffusion Engineers reported record annual consolidated revenue of ₹4,066.28 Mn and PAT of ₹504.10 Mn for FY26, growing 21.3% and 39.9% YoY respectively.
Q4 FY26 consolidated performance showed strong growth with revenue at ₹1,415.74 Mn (up 38.1% YoY) and PAT at ₹159.70 Mn (up 22.7% YoY).
The company's order book remained robust at ₹1,994.82 Mn as of April 2026, with heavy engineering segment showing significant growth from previous year.
Management cited sustained demand from steel, mining, cement, railways, and power sectors as key drivers for the strong performance and optimistic outlook.
