Digitide Solutions reported record Q4FY26 revenue of ₹800 Cr, up 2.5% QoQ and 9.2% YoY, with Tech & Digital segment surging 27.2% YoY.
EBITDA margin stood at 11.0% with operating cash flow of ₹145 Cr (165% conversion) and net cash position improved 46% QoQ to ₹182 Cr.
Company secured 29 new client logos including a landmark AI Center of Excellence for a Global P&C Insurance major across Bengaluru and Coimbatore.
Full-year FY26 revenue reached ₹3,080 Cr (up 7.1% YoY) with adjusted PAT of ₹70 Cr after absorbing ₹65 Cr in exceptional items including wage code impact.
