Board Meeting Details
The meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Saturday, 30th May, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026.
Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct:
- The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed since Wednesday, 1st April 2026
- The closure was previously communicated via letter dated 24th March 2026 submitted to both exchanges
- The trading window will remain closed for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code
- The window will re-open after 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results
