Auditor's Review Report

Kirtane & Pandit LLP issued an unmodified limited review opinion on the unaudited standalone financial results. They drew attention to Note No. 7 regarding the acquisition and control change transaction, noting that the new management proposes to enter into the business of mining, minerals, metals, ores, quarrying, processing, manufacturing and other natural resources in accordance with the amended Main Objects of the Memorandum of Association.

CFO Appointment Details

Mr. Arun Lodha was appointed as CFO with effect from November 6, 2026. He is a Graduate and Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 24 years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial management. He is not related to any director of the company.
