Net profit for the year stood at ₹871.74 crore, down from ₹918.47 crore in FY25, with basic EPS of ₹14.31.
The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹3.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
Exceptional items of ₹47.21 lakhs included Trident Jaipur renovation impacts and labor code provision adjustments.
