Wildflower Hall Matter Chronology

Mashobra Resort Limited (MRL), a subsidiary until 31st March 2025, was involved in a long-standing dispute with the Government of Himachal Pradesh over the Wildflower Hall property:

  • 1995: Joint venture agreement between EIH Limited and Government of Himachal Pradesh
  • 1997: MRL acquired ownership of Wildflower Hall property
  • 20th February 2024: Supreme Court order directing vacation and handover of hotel by 31st March 2025
  • 31st March 2025: Vacant possession handed over to the State
  • 2nd June 2025: Himachal Pradesh High Court order adjusting investment value to ₹13.00 crores and writing down advances by 50% to ₹68.09 crores
  • 14th October 2025: High Court order reversing user fees obligation of ₹4.59 crores
  • 31st December 2025: Shares transferred to State government
  • 5th January 2026: Proceedings closed by High Court

Dividend Declaration
