Eiko Lifesciences Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 12th August, 2026. The meeting will be conducted to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The board may also consider any other matters with the permission of the chair.
Pursuant to the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all designated persons has been closed since 01st July, 2026. This closure will continue to remain in effect for all designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
