Elmera, the Norway‑based energy retailer, announced that its adjusted net revenue for the second quarter reached NOK 399 million, an increase over the same quarter last year. The rise was attributed to higher sales volumes and elevated elspot electricity prices. Adjusted earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) grew year‑over‑year to NOK 121 million, while operating expenses remained stable throughout the period. The Business segment delivered its strongest adjusted EBIT performance in three years, and the Nordic segment showed a marked improvement compared with the prior year. CEO Rolf Barmen noted that the Consumer segment continued its positive customer‑growth trajectory. Elmera reaffirmed its 2026 financial guidance, targeting adjusted EBIT of approximately NOK 575 million, which includes contributions from Telinet. The ongoing Fortum tender offer process was also mentioned as still in progress.
