Enphase Energy Q2 2026 Results

Enphase Energy Inc. (NASDAQ:ENPH) announced second‑quarter 2026 financial results that showed revenue of $291.9 million, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $289.86 million. The revenue figure represents a 19.6% decline year‑over‑year from $363.2 million recorded in the same quarter of 2025.

Adjusted earnings per share were $0.46, falling short of the $0.47 consensus by $0.01. Adjusted operating income increased sequentially to $56.7 million from $47.3 million in the first quarter. The adjusted gross margin improved to 46.8% in Q2, up from 43.9% in Q1, with the company noting that reciprocal tariffs reduced gross margin by approximately 2 percentage points, an improvement from the roughly 4.3‑point impact in the prior quarter.

During the quarter the company shipped approximately 1.59 million IQ Microinverters, equivalent to 725.2 MW DC, and delivered 113.8 MWh of IQ Batteries. For the third quarter of 2026, Enphase provided revenue guidance of $290 million to $320 million, with the midpoint of $305 million matching the analyst consensus. The outlook also includes battery shipments of 130 MWh to 150 MWh and safe‑harbor shipments valued at about $75 million.

Badri Kothandaraman, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We reported quarterly revenue of $291.9 million in the second quarter of 2026 and shipped approximately 1.59 million IQ Microinverters, or 725.2 MW DC, and 113.8 MWh of IQ Batteries." The company ended the quarter with cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaling $937.7 million. Following the announcement, Enphase shares rose approximately 2.7%.
