Operational Highlights

Segment-wise Revenue Performance (Q2 FY27):

  • RAC (Room Air Conditioners): INR 1,612 Mn, growth of 161.2% YoY
  • SDA & LDA (Small and Large Domestic Appliances): INR 1,686 Mn, growth of 57.1% YoY, led by washing machines and air fryers. This segment exceeded RAC revenue in the quarter.
  • Components: INR 475 Mn, growth of 45.5% YoY

Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Actions

The Board has approved:

1. Transfer of the company's 50% stake in EPAVO Electricals joint venture to their partner, the Ram Ratna Group

2. Winding up of two subsidiaries:

  • Bumjin India Audio Products Private Limited
  • Epack Electronic Component Private Limited

This strategic move is intended to sharpen focus on the core business of EPACK Durable and its wholly owned subsidiary EMTPL, allowing capital and management attention to be fully dedicated to these entities.

Mr. Ajay DD Singhania, Managing Director and CEO, stated: "In H1 FY27, EPACK delivered its highest-ever first-half revenue of INR 13,253 Mn, up 51.3% year-on-year. Q2 revenue more than doubled, and our diversification is now visible in the mix: SDA & LDA revenue exceeded RAC revenue this quarter. Our priority now is converting record scale into stronger profitability."
