A meeting of the board of directors will be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026 to consider and approve:

• The Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 along with limited review report thereon
• Any other matter with the permission of Board

Trading Window Update

In continuation to earlier disclosure dated 22nd June, 2026, and pursuant to the Company's code of conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for quarter ended 30th June, 2026. This applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the code.
