Financial Results Approval

The Board approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Mr. Sanjiv Kapur is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 42 years of experience in financial leadership across manufacturing industries including Textiles, Steel, Auto Ancillary, and Industrial Products. He is described as adept at driving financial performance, leading corporate governance, and implementing strategic financial initiatives with strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and board-level decision-making.

Compliance Status

Mr. Sanjiv Kapur is not related to any existing director of the company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or order of any authority.
