Everpure Q2 FY2027 Results Overview

Everpure (NYSE:P) reported second‑quarter fiscal 2027 results that surpassed analyst expectations. Adjusted earnings per share were $0.70, well above the consensus estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter totaled $1.19 billion, representing a 38% year‑over‑year increase from $861 million in the comparable prior‑year period and exceeding the $1.1 billion forecast.

Product revenue climbed 54% YoY to $687 million, while subscription services revenue grew 20% YoY to $499 million. Adjusted operating income reached $230 million, delivering a 19.4% operating margin compared with $130 million and a 15.1% margin in the year‑ago quarter.

The company substantially raised its full‑year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to a range of $5.03 billion to $5.07 billion, with a midpoint of $5.05 billion, well above the analyst consensus of $4.505 billion. For the third quarter, Everpure now expects revenue between $1.325 billion and $1.335 billion, versus the prior consensus of $1.135 billion.

Adjusted operating income guidance for fiscal 2027 was increased to $940 million‑$960 million, up from the earlier range of $820 million‑$860 million. Operating cash flow for the quarter was negative $136 million, and free cash flow was negative $238 million.

Everpure announced a second top‑five hyperscale design win during the quarter and introduced new products, including Everpure Data Stream and enhancements to its Pure1 AI Copilot platform.

Shares opened after hours 1.7% lower following the release. CEO Charles Giancarlo stated that the quarter marked eight consecutive quarters of accelerating revenue growth and reinforced Everpure’s position as the most innovative company in its industry. CFO Tarek Robbiati highlighted that demand remains strong across the solutions portfolio despite historic industry price increases in the first half of fiscal 2027.
