The Statutory Auditors will issue Limited Review Reports for both the standalone and consolidated financial results.
Additionally, the company confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will re-open from Thursday, August 13, 2026. This reopening is in continuation of the earlier intimation dated June 24, 2026, and is pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons.
