F5 Networks Q3 Fiscal 2026 Results
F5, Inc. (NASDAQ:FFIV) posted third‑quarter fiscal 2026 results that exceeded analyst expectations, prompting a 1.7% rise in the share price during after‑hours trading on Monday. The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $4.73, beating the consensus estimate of $4.00 by $0.73.
Revenue for the quarter was $865 million, surpassing the consensus forecast of $834.6 million and representing an 11% year‑over‑year increase from $780 million in the same quarter of fiscal 2025. Product revenue grew 19% YoY, marking the eighth consecutive quarter of double‑digit product growth. Within the revenue mix, systems revenue reached $240 million, up 32% YoY; software revenue was $223 million, up 7% YoY; and services revenue amounted to $402 million, rising 3% YoY.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, F5 issued revenue guidance of $870 million to $890 million, with a midpoint of $880 million that exceeds the consensus estimate of $858.9 million. Adjusted EPS guidance for the quarter was set at $4.14 to $4.26, with a midpoint of $4.20, also above the consensus of $4.14.
The company also raised its full‑year fiscal 2026 outlook. Revenue growth is now expected to be approximately 9% to 10%, up from the prior guidance of 7% to 8%. Adjusted EPS guidance for the full year was increased to a range of $17.21 to $17.33, up from $16.25 to $16.55 previously, with the midpoint of $17.27 surpassing the consensus estimate of $16.49.
