Filatex India reported Q4 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹985.49 crore, down 6.1% QoQ, with PAT of ₹40.25 crore declining 27.3% QoQ due to temporary input cost pressures.
The company unveiled a ₹690 crore growth transformation plan including India's first commercial textile-to-textile recycling plant (Ecosis) and PFY capacity expansion of 55,000 TPA.
Filatex signed MoUs with Decathlon India and American & Efird Global for trials of recycled polyester from its Ecosis platform, validating commercial demand.
FY26 standalone performance showed resilience with PAT up 36.7% YoY to ₹183.90 crore and EBITDA margin expansion to 8.33% from 6.06% in FY25.
