Fractal Q4 Net Profit Jumps 109% YoY

Fractal Analytics reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹886 crore, up 17% YoY, with net income surging 109% to ₹116 crore.
Full-year FY26 revenue grew 19% to ₹3,300 crore, with net profit up 30% to ₹287 crore, driven by strong Healthcare and BFSI segment growth.
The company achieved a best-in-class Q4 gross margin of 48.2% and expanded Adjusted EBITDA margin by 189 bps to 22%.
Client relationships strengthened with Net Revenue Retention of 112% and an increase in $20M+ clients from 5 to 6 during FY26.
