The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for both the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026.
The company has also implemented a trading window closure in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal Code of Conduct. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until the completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting.
