1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026.
2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
The company also confirms that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for Insiders of the Company since 1st July 2025, in continuation of their earlier intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window dated 29th June 2026. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the company.
