G M Breweries FY26 Net Profit Rises 21.5% with 90% Dividend

G M Breweries reported FY26 standalone net profit of ₹15,683.39 lakhs, up 21.5% YoY, with gross revenue increasing to ₹297,656.51 lakhs from ₹250,369.24 lakhs.
The Board recommended a final dividend of 90% (₹9 per share) and approved Mr. Kiran Parashare's appointment as Whole-Time Director for 5 years with ₹3 lakh monthly salary.
The company faces MVAT demands totaling ₹2.25 crore for 2019-20 and 2020-21, currently stayed/sub-judice, with matters pending in Bombay High Court and Supreme Court.
The 43rd AGM will be held virtually on May 28, 2026, to adopt financial statements, declare dividend, and reappoint directors retiring by rotation.
