G-Tech Info-Training Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Friday, 07th August, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office at Office No. 1, 1st Floor, Leura Building, Near Metro Cinema, Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 002.

The Board will consider and approve the following agenda items:

• Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Auditor's Limited Review Report
• Proposal to shift the Registered Office of the Company within the local limits of the city (Mumbai)
• Appointment of the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company
• Appointment of an Additional Director on the Board of the Company
• Any other business with the permission of the Chairman

The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 read with other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
