Labour Codes Implementation
The Government of India implemented four new Labour Codes, including the Code on Wages, 2019, with effect from November 21, 2025. The company assessed the potential impact and concluded there is no material impact on the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
Business Segments
The company is predominantly engaged in manufacturing, selling and distribution of fabrics, hosiery garments and related services. There are no separate reportable operating segments as per Ind AS 108.
Internal Auditor Appointment
Mrs. Nisha S was appointed as internal auditor for the company for the period commencing from financial year 2026-27 till 2029-30. She has completed M.Com, qualified ACS (Inter), and has more than 15 years of experience in handling both public and private companies.
