General Insurance Corporation of India (GICRE) has issued a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for 30th October 2026. The primary agenda includes consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the period ended 30th September 2026 (Q2 FY27). The board may also transact any other matter it deems fit.
Regarding insider trading protocols, the corporation confirms that the Trading Window for designated persons remains closed as per its insider trading code. This closure was previously communicated via letter number GIC-HO/BOARD/SE-CTW-2/225/2026-27 dated 28th September 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the public announcement of the aforementioned financial results.
