Subsidiary Update

GSV Ophthalmics Private Limited, a material subsidiary, underwent voluntary winding up approved by the Board on September 22, 2025 and shareholders via postal ballot on November 1, 2025. The total investment of ₹11.70 crore has been recovered by the holding company as of March 31, 2026, with an additional ₹69.72 lakh received as residual share of equity deemed as dividend.
