Purpose: To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
The notice of the meeting is being made available on the company website in terms of Regulation 46(2) of SEBI LODR

The Unaudited Financial Results will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges after the conclusion of the board meeting on November 5, 2026
Results will be hosted on the company website on the same date (November 5, 2026)
Results will subsequently be published in newspapers in accordance with SEBI LODR requirements

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading:

Trading window closure period: October 1, 2026 to November 7, 2026 (48 hours after results declaration)
Affected persons: Designated Persons including Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees/Persons of the Company, Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons, and Connected Persons
Trading window will reopen on Sunday, November 8, 2026
