Acquisition Details

The company acquired 40,80,000 equity shares (51% stake) in Govind Kripa Infratech Pvt Ltd on June 12, 2025, for a total purchase consideration of ₹29,43,31,200 (₹72.14 per share). The consideration was discharged by issuing 30,69,147 fully paid-up equity shares of the company at ₹95.90 per share (including premium of ₹85.90 per share).
