Trading Window Closure Details
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct:
- Trading window closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives
- Closure period: From 1 April 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results
- Applies to both half year and full year results ending 31 March 2026
