  • EBITDA: ₹9.5 Crore (down 29.5% YoY from ₹13.5 Crore in Q4 FY25)
  • QoQ Performance: Down 13.0% from ₹10.9 Crore in Q3 FY26
  • FY26 Performance: ₹47.8 Crore (up from ₹37.8 Crore in FY25)

Integrated Sugar, Cogen & Ethanol Segment:

  • EBITDA: ₹83.9 Crore (down 19.3% YoY from ₹104.0 Crore in Q4 FY25)
  • QoQ Performance: Up 131.4% from ₹36.3 Crore in Q3 FY26
  • FY26 Performance: ₹97.4 Crore (up from ₹81.6 Crore in FY25)

Operational Highlights

  • Achieved highest-ever cane crushing of 2.5 million tonnes during the 2025-26 crushing season
  • Sugar business showed improved operational performance with higher crushing volumes and improved recovery trends
  • Strong execution in sugar exports
  • Jivana consumer business revenues crossed ₹129 crore in FY26 (up from ₹108 crore in FY25)
  • Granted Japanese patent related to antiviral therapeutics

Shri Samir Somaiya, CMD, commented on challenging operating environment for sugar and ethanol industry with elevated cane and feedstock costs impacting sector profitability. The integrated business model and operational discipline enabled resilient performance.
