The 89th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Godfrey Phillips India Limited was held on Monday, 24th August 2026 at 2:30 PM IST through video conference/audiovisual means. The meeting was conducted in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars and provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
