Godrej Properties Reports Record INR10,163 Crore Q4 Bookings

Godrej Properties achieved its highest-ever quarterly bookings of INR10,163 crores in Q4 FY26, growing 21% QoQ through sale of 4,789 units.
Full-year FY26 bookings grew 16% YoY to INR34,171 crores, exceeding guidance by 105%, making it India's largest residential developer for third consecutive year.
The company added INR42,100 crores of future sales potential through business development, achieving 200% of guidance with 59% YoY growth through 18 deals.
Management provided FY27 guidance of over INR39,000 crores in bookings (20% growth) and over INR24,000 crores in collections (20% growth), targeting 20% ROE by FY28.
