Appointment of Independent Director: Mr. Atul Jashwantrai Sheth, a qualified Chartered Accountant (Membership No. 045358), was appointed as an Independent Director for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 26th May 2026, subject to shareholder approval. He is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding director office.
4. Resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer: The Board noted and accepted the resignation of Mr. Dharmik Solanki from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer effective from close of business hours on 26th May 2026.
