Great Eastern Shipping reported its highest-ever standalone Q4 net profit of INR 855Cr and declared a record quarterly dividend of INR 11.70/share.
The company's consolidated net profit for FY26 stood at INR 2,943Cr, with a strong net cash position of USD 516mn on a normalized basis.
Fleet expansion included the purchase of three vessels in Q4 and one in Q1 FY27, while four older vessels were sold to capitalize on high asset prices.
