Greenply Q4 Revenue Up 19.6% YoY, EBITDA Jumps 37%

Greenply reported consolidated Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹776.2 Cr, up 19.6% YoY, with core EBITDA surging 37% to ₹93.2 Cr.
Plywood business volume grew 15.6% YoY to 22.8 MSM, while MDF business volume surged 45.3% YoY to 62,021 CBM.
Net debt reduced by ₹67 Cr QoQ to ₹461 Cr, with net debt-to-equity improving to 0.52x from 0.61x in Dec'25.
Exceptional items of ₹15.2 Cr in Q4, primarily from provisions for financial liability and diminution in GMEL investment, impacted reported PAT.
