GRSE FY26 Revenue Up 38% to Record ₹7002 Crore

GRSE reported record FY26 revenue of ₹7002.16 crore, a 38% YoY increase, and net profit of ₹747.93 crore, up 42% YoY.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹6.70 per share for FY25-26, in addition to two interim dividends totaling ₹12.90 per share.
The strong performance was driven by project contract amendments and the delivery of 08 warships during the financial year.
Auditors issued an unmodified opinion but highlighted a change in cost estimation for specific projects that increased annual profit by ₹62.62 crore.
