The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, along with the Limited Review Report.
The Trading Window for 'Designated Persons' and their immediate relatives has been closed since 1st July 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results by the Company. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
