Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹8.90 per equity share of face value ₹2 each (445% of face value) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This represents the highest dividend recommended by the Board.

Operational Response to Middle East Crisis

Between March 2026 and May 2026, the company implemented initiatives to expand PNG usage and reduce LPG dependence:

  • 86 residential societies (approximately 13,000 households) in Gujarat became fully PNG-connected and LPG-free
  • Cumulative total reached 2,835 societies (approximately 4.86 lakh households) as of May 2026
  • Commercial expansion accelerated with new units increasing from 152 in March to 527 by late May 2026
  • Significant support provided to Morbi ceramic industry: gas-consuming units increased from 83 to 675, with consumption growing from 0.36 to 7.8 MMSCMD during the same period

  • Added 7 new CNG Stations in Q4 FY26
  • Total 14 CNG Stations became operational in FY26, including 7 under FDODO scheme

PNG Update:

  • Added 35,400+ new domestic customers in Q4 FY26
  • Currently provides natural gas to more than 24.18 lakh households
  • Company focusing on increasing domestic connections through PNG Drive

Asset Addition:

  • Total pipeline network spans 45,250+ km across 6 states and 1 Union Territory
