Gujarat Inject (Kerala) Ltd Q1 FY2026-27 Results and Strategic Updates
The Board of Directors approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 on Tuesday, confirming a strong performance as the company advances its renewable‑energy transition. Revenue from operations for April‑June 2026 reached Rs 12.45 crore, marking a 414% year‑on‑year increase over the Rs 2.42 crore recorded in the same quarter of FY2025‑26. Profit after tax (PAT) climbed to Rs 1.25 crore, a 1,600% rise from Rs 7.35 lakh in Q1 FY2025‑26, and this single‑quarter profit accounts for approximately 69% of the total standalone profit earned by the company in the entire FY2025‑26, underscoring improved operational efficiency.
Earnings per share (EPS) rose to Rs 0.86 from Rs 0.05 a year earlier. While revenue moderated compared with the exceptionally strong order execution in the preceding January‑March quarter, the company maintained healthy profitability margins.
In a leadership development move, the Board appointed Mr. Murli Shivshankaran Nair as Managing Director for a three‑year term, effective 6 July 2026. Mr. Nair brings extensive experience in manufacturing, administration and corporate development and will steer the next phase of expansion in the clean‑energy sector.
The Board also approved a proposal to rename the company from Gujarat Inject (Kerala) Limited to Regenova Renewtech Limited, reflecting its strategic diversification into solar photovoltaic module distribution and broader clean‑energy solutions. The rebranding aligns with the company’s growing renewable‑energy portfolio, which includes execution of major solar‑infrastructure orders and operation of its own 5 MW solar power project at Jakasana in Mehsana district, Gujarat.
Mr. Nair commented that the strong Q1 performance validates the strategic direction and momentum in the renewable‑energy sector, and that the proposed name change signals a commitment to sustainability and long‑term value creation.
