HCL Technologies reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹130,144 crore and net profit of ₹16,652 crore, with a declared interim dividend of ₹24 per share.
The results were impacted by a one-time charge of ₹956 crore from New Labour Codes and a material BAPA settlement causing a ₹4,905 crore net profit decrease on a standalone basis.
The Board approved audited consolidated and standalone results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with statutory auditors issuing unmodified opinions.
Segment performance showed IT and Business Services contributing ₹96,094 crore to revenue, while Engineering and R&D services and HCL Software contributed ₹22,056 crore and ₹11,994 crore respectively.
