Hexaware Reports 12.2% Revenue Growth, Major Acquisitions

Hexaware reported CY25 revenue of INR 134,304 Mn with 12.2% YoY growth and net profit of INR 13,683 Mn, representing 16.6% growth.
The company completed India's largest technology services IPO in February 2025 and acquired SMC Squared (GCC capabilities) and CyberSolve (IAM expertise).
Hexaware achieved significant ESG milestones including 24% emissions reduction, EcoVadis Gold rating, and 83% renewable energy adoption.
The company maintained strong operational metrics with 33,844 employees globally, 11% voluntary attrition, and delivered 16.2% EPS growth.
