Trading Window Update
The company confirms that its trading window, which was previously closed effective from 29th September, 2026, remains closed in view of the impending publication of financial results. This closure is in accordance with the company's internal "Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons." The trading window shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026, are made public.
