1. Approval of Financial Results: Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and are accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors, DTSB & Associates.

2. Management Appointment: The Board approved the appointment of Ms. Sonali M as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and consequently as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, with immediate effect. Her brief profile was enclosed as Annexure A, noting she is an Associate Member of the ICSI with over 10 years of experience in secretarial, compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

1. Has not disclosed the information required by Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

2. Contains any material misstatement.

The financial results were prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34.
