Exceptional Items

During the previous year ended March 31, 2026, the Government of India notified changes to the Labour Codes. The Company carried out a financial impact assessment of the Code on Wages, 2019, which resulted in an increase in liabilities relating to gratuity (₹306 million) and compensated absences (₹5 million) arising from past service cost.

The Company recognized a net impact amounting to ₹123 million, after adjusting related revenue amounting to ₹188 million, presented as an Exceptional Item in the Statement of Profit and Loss for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

Auditor Review

The financial results were reviewed by Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, who conducted their review in accordance with Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410.
