HUDCO FY26 Net Profit Rises 49% to ₹4,034 Crore

HUDCO reported a 49% YoY increase in standalone net profit to ₹4,034.37 crore for FY 2025-26, with total income reaching ₹13,327.13 crore.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share, bringing total FY26 dividend to ₹5.75 per share across four interim dividends.
Outstanding debt increased to ₹141,389.61 crore with a debt-equity ratio of 6.43, while net worth grew to ₹21,977.20 crore.
Auditors highlighted non-compliance with RBI's NBFC-IFC conditions and SEBI's independent director requirements as emphasis matters.
