ICICI Prudential AMC Q4 PAT Rises 10.4% YoY

ICICI Prudential AMC reported Q4 FY26 operating revenue of ₹15.17 billion, up 19.5% YoY, with PAT at ₹7.63 billion.
Total mutual fund AUM reached ₹11.05 trillion, maintaining position as India's second largest AMC with 13.5% market share.
The company completed transfer of ICICI Venture Funds' AIF management rights effective April 1, 2026, adding ₹46.28 billion in committed funds.
Board declared final dividend of ₹12.4 per share subject to approval, and approved ESOP grants with ₹1.2-1.3 billion amortization over three years.
