ICRA Q4 FY26 Revenue Up 28.4%, Recommends ₹105 Dividend

ICRA reported 28.4% YoY consolidated revenue growth to ₹174.9 crore in Q4 FY26, with PBT at ₹72.8 crore.
Full-year FY26 revenue increased 20.4% to ₹599.5 crore, while PBT grew 10.0% to ₹257.4 crore, excluding exceptional items.
Board recommended final dividend of ₹105 per share including ₹35 special dividend to commemorate 35th year of operations.
Growth driven by Ratings business (up 10.5% in Q4) and Research & Analytics (up 56.8% in Q4) including Fintellix acquisition impact.
