• Total AUM and custody stood at ₹2,296 Bn, with equity DP assets at ₹1,775 Bn and distribution assets at ₹521 Bn as of March 31, 2026.
• The company maintains a strong capital base with a net worth of ₹30.7 Bn and is governed by a board with 50% independent directors.
