IKS Health Q1 FY27 Results

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (NSE: IKS), operating as IKS Health, announced its financial performance for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company posted revenue of INR 8,936 million, representing a 20.7% year‑over‑year increase (approximately 21% YoY in INR terms and 12% YoY in USD). EBITDA rose to INR 2,949 million, equal to 33% of revenue and up 24% YoY. Profit after tax (PAT) reached INR 1,937 million, or 21.7% of revenue, marking a 27.8% YoY rise, while adjusted PAT grew 28% YoY to INR 2,153 million, or 24.1% of revenue.

The results were driven by continued client trust, operational efficiency, and scalability of the Care Enablement platform, which combines AI, agentic workflows and human expertise.
