The company reported a standalone net loss of ₹104.26 lakhs and a consolidated net loss from continuing operations of ₹23.37 lakhs for FY25.
Standalone other equity deteriorated to negative ₹765.76 lakhs while consolidated trade payables increased to ₹821.77 lakhs as of March 31, 2025.
The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on May 21, 2025.
