India Pesticides Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Saturday, 01st August, 2026.
The primary purpose of the board meeting is to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY2027).
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window has been closed from Wednesday, 01st July, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until the conclusion of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting on Saturday, 01st August, 2026.
