Financial Results Approval

The Board of Directors approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The audit reports submitted by the company's auditors contained unmodified opinions for both standalone and consolidated results.

Cost Auditor: Re-appointed Mr. R. Krishnan, Cost Accountant (Membership No. 7799), as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Date of re-appointment: May 25, 2026. Term: One year. Mr. Krishnan has over 20 years of experience and expertise in Cost Audit, Financial Planning, Reporting, Management Accounting, ERP Systems, and Secretarial Audit.

Dividend Declaration

The Board considered the financial results of the company for FY 2025-26 and decided that the company is unable to declare dividend for the said year.

Annual General Meeting

The Board approved convening the 40th Annual General Meeting of the company on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 through Video Conferencing/OAVM facility, subject to relevant applicable MCA Circulars and SEBI Circular/Regulations.
